PILSNER URQUELL TANK BEER

Our Tank Beer tastes just like it does in the cellars of the Plzeň brewery. Straight after brewing, it's delivered from the brewery to Scholars Lounge, where it's kept in copper tanks. This protects the characteristic hoppy bitterness and malty sweetness, which are noticeably richer and more pronounced when it's unpasteurised and so fresh. Scholars Lounge is the only outlet in Rome (and one of only 3 in the whole of Italy) to serve brewery fresh beer, delivered every week straight from Plzeň in the Czech Republic.

We are open Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM, and Saturday & Sunday from 10:00 AM until 3:30 AM, welcoming guests for daytime coffee, sports, and late-night music sessions.
